Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option covers the shipment of most of our products to the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America. We are happy to provide shipment to our valued customers in other areas. Once your order is received, a member of our customer service staff will contact you with an adjustment to the shipping charge before your order is processed for shipment. We can also provide you with an accurate shipping quote before you place your order. Just give us a call at 1-866-846-6339 and our staff will be happy to help you.

 Additional Shipping Items

Many of the items we offer are to large to fall into our standard shipping parameters and some may require shipment through a freight service. These items display a  icon and are marked as an Additional Shipping Item under the product price. Once your order is received, a member of our customer service staff will contact you with an adjustment to the shipping charge before your order is processed for shipment. We can also provide you with an accurate shipping quote before you place your order. Just give us a call at 1-866-846-6339 and our staff will be happy to help you.

Expedited Shipping

We are happy to arrange for Next Day, 2-Day and 3-Day shipping for our customers. Please contact our customer service staff at 1-866-846-6339 for pricing and availability. You can also go ahead and place your order online, making a note in the order comment section telling us how you would like your order shipped, and our staff will get back to you with a shipping price adjustment before your order is processed for shipment.



If you included your email address with your order, a confirmation of your shipment will be emailed to you which will include the tracking numbers for your shipment. You can visit www.ups.com to track the progress and expected delivery of your shipment.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes. We must have a street address to ship to.

Cancellations of shipped labels or orther nursery products that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled, although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there may be some kind of callcellation fee applied.  In this case, you will be responsible for paying this fee.
