Our 2 Part 2 Sided Nursery Security Labels offer an easy and cost effective way to check children into your nursery, provide the information your nursery workers need in a handy location, summon parents to your nursery when problems arise, and provide a security feature when parents pick-up their child. This 2 part label set includes a large label that parents fill out providing information about themselves and their children. The label is affixed to the child's clothing. The non-adhesive back side of the label set serves as a security stub and includes information about your paging and pick-up policies and an optional security number that can be matched against the corresponding number on the child's label when parent's pick-up their child. The dimensions of these labels are 2 1/8 inches by 3 3/4 inches.

Our talented graphic designers will take the options you select and create a custom design to meet the special needs of your nursery. A design "Proof" will be or emailed to you for your approval. If the design is perfect, just let us know and we'll print your order right away. If more changes need to be made, mark up the proof with your changes and fax the proof back to us or give us a call. We'll make the changes and send you a new proof as many times as necessary to create the perfect label for you!
Artwork: We are happy to include your logo or artwork in your label design. Please click the word "Here" under the "Artwork To Use" Option and follow the instructions on the screen that will appear. Be sure to include your church name, city and state in the spaces provided. One logo or artwork can be included at no charge. The image will be converted into black and white or grayscale if you do not select full-color. You can also use any of the images used on our sample designs at no charge.
Colored Labels: These labels are available printed in black on White and a variety of colored label stocks in Primary, Pastel and Neon colors. Primary colors include Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, Purple, and Orange. Pastel colors include Blue, Green, Yellow, Pink, and Purple. Neon colors include Yellow, Green, Orange, Red, and Pink. Colored stocks increase the cost of each label by $15 per box of 1200 labels. Many churches chose different colors for each nursery room or department. When children from different rooms are brought together for story time or worship, the different colored labels can make getting children back to the right room much easier! The back side of the label stock is white.
Number Sequences: Our 2-Part labels are sold in quantities of 1200. The standard number range is 100-1299. When considering custom number ranges, keep in mind that each quantity of 1200 labels will include twelve sets of labels numbered X00-X99. The “X” position can be any number, numbers, or letters you like. For example an order of 1200 labels could included twelve sets of labels numbered from 100-199 or it could included six sets of labels numbered from 100-199 and six sets of labels numbered from 200-299. An order of 2400 labels (2 boxes) could be numbered from 100-2499. Several common numbering sequences have been listed in the Number Sequence drop down box. If you don't see the sequence you are looking for, just type it into the Changes box. You can also chose to leave your labels un-numbered. Just chose "No Numbers" in the Number Sequence drop down box. If you want a space for pager numbers, just chose "Pager # Line" in the Number Sequence drop down box.
