Placing Your Order

Once you have selected the items you want to purchase, you are ready to place your order. SafeKids Inc. offers a four-step ordering process:

Step 1: Shopping Basket
The shopping basket contains all the items you selected while shopping. During this step, you can add or delete items, and change quantities.

Step 2: Shipping & Billing
You are asked to provide your billing address as well a possible alternate shipping address.

Step 3: Review Order
Please review your order and be sure everything is correct before submitting.

Step 4: Order Confirmation
A final summary and confirmation of your order appears, along with the contact information for Customer Service in case you need assistance. Contact SafeKids Inc. anytime for information concerning your order.

Canceling Your Order

To cancel your order, contact us using the information provided you on our website, include your order number, name, billing address, and items ordered. We'll acknowledge your request upon receipt and let you know as soon as possible if we were successful in canceling an order that has not yet entered our shipping department or is on backorder.

Orders that are already in the shipping system cannot usually be canceled although we will make every attempt to do so at your request. The cancellation process is costly to us, so once an order has been sent to our shipping department, or transmitted to a vendor for shipment, there may be some kind of penalty to incur our costs.

Purchasing Online

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Checks can also be sent as payment and invoicing is available (approved customers only). We may work with purchase orders.

Receiving Your Order

When you receive your order please ensure that your product package is in good condition. Minor damage may have no effect on the merchandise or labels. Call us if you have any problems.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are at all disappointed in the products you have ordered, please contact us right away. Rest assured, we will "do the right thing" to insure your satisfaction. If we have made a mistake or have fallen short in our guarantee of quality we will replace and reship in-house products at no cost to you and in the quickest way possible.

In some cases, the products you order thru our web site are supplied by other manufacturers. In this situation, we will be limited by the return/exchange policies of that company. We will do everything we can to quickly resolve your concern.
